If you practising bodybuilding or fitness, you already know that rest time in between sets is paramount in a quality workout.
Too much rest and you lose your pump. Too little rest and you quickly fatigue the working muscle.
In order to optimize your workout, this very simple application provides 2 essential tools:
- A timer to manage your rest time between each sets, with countdown and audio signal at end
- An easy interface to count the number of sets you made
Compatible with all versions of iPhone and iPod touch.
The audio signal is played over the music of the iPod, make sure to set the ringtone volume to maximum before you start playing music.

No explanation, no Info button, no Settings button. The manly chest photo under the apps description, here, is what you get. The numbers across the top count down if you tap them; presumably are between-set intervals you can choose. Large number in the photo is the current place in the countdown. Choosing one interval doesnt prevent you from switching to another, even during countdown. The blank boxes along the bottom will each fill with a consecutive number as you tap each, from 1-7. Presumably this allows you up to 7 sets. Symbol at end of boxes clears the boxes. No idea what the 2 thin white slots are on the chest (not shown here); no end of tapping or stroking them them produced any result. Thats all there is. Perfect for people seeking simplicity.

Easy to use. What would give my rating 5 stars? 1. If the program didnt reset everything when you close the app to send a text or something. 2. To be able to change background picture. 3. To be able to change the color. (im not a big fan of purple).

Agreed Simple...
But it does what it said. I too would like to change the background. No offense ladies but Id much rather stare at a nice womans chest. Ability to change color as well. Ive not had the text or call issue, but definitely see that as a problem. Would gladly re-review if updated. Thanks.

Misleading title
I wanted a rep timer, not a rest timer. Not a feature rich application, just a timer and a place to tally sets.
